What is Design/Build
Many homeowners have ideas to how they'd like to improve their homes, but aren't sure of how to convert the ideas to plans and specifications.

At Thomas Construction we offer the design/build solution.  We work with you to translate you ideas into a design solution to solve your problems and to fit your budget!  The design you like can then be converted into a conceptual plan at a minimum cost.

In contrast, many contractors will require the client to pay an architect or designer for a complete set of plans before the budget has really been established.  It is common knowledge that only one out of three of those designs ever gets built as drawn!
